Pack 167 Cub Scout Program Plan
This is a printable Plan for the 2008 year. Please be aware that the most up to date calendar we have is located on the website under the Events Calendar selection. The web based one is updated weekly to reflect the current state of all events we have planned, contacts for those events and any changes to a event will be found there.
Pack 167 Internet Website Policy
This is our written policy on what and how your childs name and potential image (based on state of your signed photo release) can be used on the website.
Pack 167 Photo Release
This photo release is required to be signed by a parent or gardian of each and every scout. Our release allows you to determine what level use we are allowed with a photo of your child, this includes if you do NOT want us to use any photo of your child. You can also use this form to change the level of use.
Pack 167 Adult Information Form
This form is used to collect information (not on the registration form) on a scout’s parent or guardian, which is very useful for the Pack, as well as allowing you to drive scouts to an event, should you chooses to do so.
Adult Volunteer And Talent Survey
This form is used to collect information on a scout’s parent or guardian and the talents that they might have that can help us all out. Your son’s Cub Scout experience will only be as good as the amount of time parent volunteers devote to it. Every one of us running the Scouting program is a Parent volunteer.
Pack 167 Campership Funds Request Form (Updated 10/21/2008)
So you son sold a lot of popcorn and now he wants to get some supplies for camping or even go to camp? This is the form for you. You fill out this form when you want to use campership money your scout has in his account for a event or as re-imbursement for a already paid expense that is Pack and/or Camp related. This form has been updated so that you can now enter most of the information electronically by just clicking on the fields and typing the information in, then print it for easier information transfer.
BSA Medical form(s)
Please Note:The national Boy Scouts of America program has switched to a new Medical form as of January 2009. This new medical form is only valid for one year for everybody. If you still have valid Class 3 medical form please use it. They are valid if the person it is for is under 40 years old and signed by a Dr. after Sept 2006, or over 39 and signed by a Dr. after Sept 2008. Again we highly recommend the old class 3 if you have it. Camps are accepting the old valid Class 3 for this year (2008 only) or new form below.
BSA new Health and Medical Form
Any Scout, Leader or Parent who is attending any Council run event MUST have a completely fill form to attend the event, that's sections A, B (Dr's section) and C. This includes Webelos Winter weekend, Cub Resident Camp, Webelos camp, etc. This is a new form and must now be filled out every year. It is recommended that you take this form with you when ever you have your child's physical scheduled for school. The best time to do this going forward is the end of August or begining of September to cover a complete year of scouting in the pack. Please note that you can skip the 6th page as it's only required for Boy Scouts in Troop 167.
THIS MUST BE FILLED OUT COMPLETELY AND TURNED IN TO YOUR DEN LEADER BEFORE ATTENDING THE EVENT!

Well Fill out this form and contact one of our Popcorn Kernels and they will give you want you have asked for on the form. It is that easy.
